My buddy said someone tweeted a pic of Hack/AB/Williams and Hack/AB called Williams the 9th commit. Maybe someone more sober and twitter-wise can figure that out.

In the in game thread there was a picture of all the recruits (that Sean set up) and Hack and AB called David Williams over as part of the group. Sean said he hasn't committed yet. But looks like AB and Hack are pretty sure.
Also, as for Snyder's super secret guy. That was the DC LB I believe. Sean reported on that this morning in the update

Piscataway (NJ) High standout Nadir Barnwell has been a man among boys at WR early. Three schools making an early impression are Florida, Penn State and Rutgers.

Lavar needs to get his head right. Tim Bream, a good friend of Urlacher, invited him. Its not like O'Brien or PSU called up Urlacher and said hey we want you here but not Lavar Arrington.

Based on what he has said in the recent past, I interpret that as he feels "shunned" for having a big time LB that was not a Penn Stater at the game. His recent actions give me no reason to think otherwise.

I agree! I replied to him too and said if you do not like it maybe you should have come and supported the team. It kills me when people do not make an efforts to clean up a situation, but have a strong opinion with no solution.

Yep. He couldve came and supported the team like NaVarro Bowman did today (among others like Derek/Cameron Wake), but instead he is pouting on Twitter to his million followers once again.
I love LaVar but I can see why is does sports talk radio.

You almost have to think he's a silent at this point. I saw him Sickles, Mahon, Bren and Hack meet up outside before the game as well, most likely before the pic.
