  • And i get a kick of folks ripping Pittsburgh..now Pitt's football program? Ok. But the city and area itself is hands down the best city in the state and way better than Philly.

Edit. haha disregard my post. I interpreted the message wrong.

Why? It is pound for pound, so he might not be putting up the most poundage under the bar but compared to his body weight he is the strongest. Dont see anything wrong with that and definitely could be done (Amos Zereoue was the strongest guy on the Steelers when he played there)...I would think it would be harder for a lineman to be pound for pound the strongest on the team because of there weight and also because of their height (but they should be able to put up a lot of weight).

From his Twitter pic, he seems to have the body to be able to throw a lot of weight for his body size...Maybe not year 1 pound for pound but when he gets through a few sessions maybe.

You find out life's this game of inches, so is football. Because in either game, life or football-the margin for error is so small. -Pacino

lol got it. I dont mind Canada as I have had good experiences in Vancouver and Toronto for hockey. I think that is some good motivation for Lynch though (just dont take down our flag if it happens).

  • @JNewbergESPN: #Auburn commit, LB Trey Johnson says he will visit #usc #MIA and #PennState. He's here at Atl NFTC

Wow if he does visit that's huge.

  • Low and behold, a reason why we haven't offered more LB's. Roof isn't giving up on Johnson.

  • I'd been wondering about Johnson. Sean mentioned way back when the staff was first hired that Roof had a good relationship with Johnson and called him up. Obviously Roof has stayed on this kid. Would be awesome if he visited.

If I remember correctly, Roof was his recruiter to Auburn. Way to go Roof, if we get him for a visit that is huge. Obviously a very up hill battle, but you know what they say about committed prospects who are taking visits...
