Looking at Ross' Twitter timeline, I think he was just going with DOB. Someone asked if he was going to PSU in the fall he said "Hell naww. Terp 4 life"

He's not in the same transfer rule as DOB. He won't have a degree, so he'd be a standard transfer, and have to sit out. No way that makes sense. Lets be happy someone took the trip with a friend.

I never said PSU was interested in him. Like I said, I think he only went up with O'Brien to join him on the trip (and see some former HS buddies).

This isn't really a reply about the Fortt and Jones tweets, but the USCe guys have mentioned that Fitz held a summer "games" while he was there. They said it was really entertaining to follow and was definitely something to look forward to if he continues that at PSU.
