1) remove the lion from the helmet. keep the helmets the same.
2) instead of grey, change the base color to blue, use grey to accent.
then you have something not as awful. not sure i'm ok with it, though.

The abstract super-graphic really looks like stylized Nike swooshes everywhere, which I'm sure Nike would love. I didn't see the Lion head until I went back to look.
It is unique, but I think I'd prefer a uniform by Jackson Pollock over that.

i also like the logo idea.. there's too much going on there, but if it was simplified, it could be a cool concept..
I'd really like to see them do the matte white helmets if they did a concept uniform..

It would be cool if they did white on white or blue on blue with the logos in a shiny material over the typical uniform material. It would be more subtle.
