funny because I was just over at Bucknuts & saw a thread about OSU's chances of going 12-0, with a majority saying that "it's definitely possible" and the most realistic fans I could find saying OSU will go 10-2 this season, losing to only Wisconsin & MSU

Haha, I would be surprised if they were 9-3. Braxton Miller just seems like too poor of a QB to lead them to a bigtime season. Who do they think they brought in that will make that much of a difference??

In all honesty, I would love to see OSU go 12-0 and be ranked #1 this year (ok, 11-1 after a loss to us) for no other reason than to see the look on their faces and their fans faces when they have to sit at home come December & January and then to laugh in their face when they say they should've won the NC. It would make it even better if the next 2 best teams that go to the NC game instead have at least 2 losses.

Miller had some moments last year, and his spring performance was a huge improvement. Easy to see why they are seeing the QB position as a strength at this point. More issues at the other skill positions.
Urban Meyer is a recruiting rock star. And Hoke is pulling them in at a record level too. If this is a trend, the Big Ten could look like the Big 2 again really soon. Recruits don't win games ... but they feed the machines.

Yeah that would be great, then all the recruits buy into Meyer and they have a top 2 recruiting class. Genius..

Agree ... Tressel was Joe Junior. He really didn't unleash the offense like it was capable of and put everything on the defense. Tressel was very very conservative.
