Seriously. This has been stated many times on this board. The offer came from the old staff. The new one wants to see him camp before he can commit.

Isn't this a case of he has an offer from the old staff but the new staff hasn't gone back around to him and "re-confirmed" (for lack of a better term) that the offer still stands?
The current staff doesnt want to rescind his initial offer while they evaluate their options for fear of turning him off to us, because they may end up coming back to him. But at this point the staff is pursuing other recruits that they feel more strongly about.
I could be totally wrong about this though, so someone correct me if so.

Yes. As I've said before, there's no evidence that the new staff hands out offers that aren't commitable. Heck, we've still only got 62 offers out there (according to 247).
Urban hands out offers that aren't necessarily commitable mainly to get the attention of kids. That way he can be one of the first to offer a kid (sometimes meaningful to prospects), and still not actually have offered.

He's there. They offered him with the old staff. The new staff has said they need him to camp before he can commit. Quite a few schools do this, though I doubt BOB does in the future. This is a unique case due to the mix between old staff offers and new ones.
