Thought this was interesting after there was some discussion during the offseason that Tennessee might go after BOB. Obviously the big question with BOB was money. Knowing the debt they were in...I don't know if that makes it more or less likely that they would go after BOB (if he was interested). They have no problem spending non-existent money, but you'd think they would want to work their way out of that hole at some point.

I guess they operate on the concept of "spending money to make money," without actually doing the latter.
