    Pens look like the best team in hockey, they just got tired after some tough consecutive games. I, for one, am very happy about that.

  • Did anyone see how pissed the Penguin players were at the end? I feel bad for whoever they play next... this one will burn for a while. The Pens will remember this one if they meet in the playoffs... I still like our chances in the post season. 11 in row, kinda spoiled us there for a while

  • Did anyone ever follow the penquins back in the 70's? They are lucky really to still be in Pittsburgh. They tanked year after year until they were lucky enough that talents like Malkin and Crosby came out in those years. The flyers have always earned ever win they have.

    Going into today PITT had their parade route planned and had no doubts they'd crush us....

    its a lot closer than PITT wants to admit.

    I think the Pens are a better team right now and they are healthy... Give us Kubina, Mez, JVR, and Talbot back and I take Philly 4-1 in the series

Pittsburgh just played the top 3 teams outside of themselves in three of the last four days(all on the road) and dominated 2 of them with one loss with a second left in OT, and your calling for a 4-1 series with marginal players comming back for philly. Sure the flyers could win a series between the two, it's hockey and anything could happen, and you should support your team, but let's be realistic here, it would ba an upset if the flyers won in seven.

    Have you seen how bad our bottom D pairing is? Kubina and Mez back would be HUGE

    JVR is a top 6 forward for us and Talbot is our best PKer.....

    Would be EPIC additions... and we are 7-3 last 10 against the Pens.... it would be an upset if you beat us

    LOL. Neither team winning that series in 7 would be an upset. Flyers are 3-1 against the pens this year, how would a 4-3 series win be surprising. It's a pretty big toss up with a slight edge to the Pens cause they'd likely have home ice.
