I have no doubt the Freeh Report will blame everything on Joe. The BoT will be sure that is the case. The report will be reviewed and altered to make sure it does not reflect badly on the BoT. The BoT will not be held accountable for any of it's actions.

However I honestly believe JS will not be found guilty, even thought I feel he is. There is too many screw ups by the DA and so much lack of evidence that I feel JS will walk. Then what? IMO JS walking will give PSU more of a black eye than anything that can happen. The public has already convicted him and if he walks it will turn into a "PSU got him off" type of thing. The Trial to me is a lose/lose.
