This was from last season but I hear ya.
Edit was listening to some D coordinator theories one was he's coaching in the super bowl SF DB coach I believe or college and being so close to signing day Chip has let that coach sign his class.

I'm not as antsy about adding a DC in the pros. You don't have to worry about recruiting and whatnot like you do in college. As long as the guy is here a month or so before the draft, that is fine.

Yeah I thought the same. Adam Caplan was the guy reporting but like you said here for input in draft and inputs after with rookies and vets we're good.

It was in backwoods WV IIRC. He went to the worst place in the country and decided to play hide and seek. Enough said. And yes, he's scored some amazing ass, but he's the QB of the Dallas Cowboys. The ugliest dude on the planet could do the same thing with that job title.
