I'll throw out a couple of suggestions for Buckeyes who are visiting our board and looking for good conversation:

1) There will be idiots on our board, just like there are on yours. Please ignore stupid comments. It just ruins threads. Respond to those who you think are reasonable.

2) If all you're doing is spouting stupidity (like saying we have no chance to win unless Miller gets injured - sorry, that's just a stupid comment), then stay away.

Frankly, I don't know that the stats currently will tell the whole story for either of our teams. I'm just excited to see what PSU can do against a good team with an elite player. Whatever happens, happens.

I agree...their defense is worse than their stats would indicate.

I like our offense and defense. Special teams...coming along.

Is Miller 100%? He was acting like he almost died.

I'm sure he will be fine. Brax is never going to be confused with a UFC fighter. He gets dinged up a lot and comes off the field too much. His head did hit the turf fairly hard but to be cleared so quickly suggests that there was not a concussion and no injury of any kind. I'm trying to be delicate about this for my fellow OSU fans but Brax needs to take a few tough pills. If you followed him in high school he was injured a lot for the type of athlete he is playing at the high school level. I'm sure teams are going to try to "put a little extra" into hitting Miller to see how he responds. Wonderful athlete but again, will never be confused with a toughman contestant. I hope he's healthy and wish him and all players good health. My son had to quit playing college football prior to his junior year due to concussion issues so anything around the head should be treated with care and caution.

A CHANCE to put points up on the board against us???? I'd say if you play 7 on offense you have a chance...if you play all 11 players uh yeah, you'll put up points....

Here's a tip for ya.....set trip receivers out, step one of them back 2 yards on the snap, throw it to him quickly and you can just run that play 42 times that night and you will score 30 points....

Well well well. Glad to hear an OSU fan attest to his reputation, and the fact that I am not crazy. But yeah, concussions are very serious. But the hospital cleared him in record time, so I doubt that he had anything... Like you said, it appeared to be yet another example of his lack of toughness... BUT, like I said in this thread (and as you said), he is still a scary athlete and can single-handedly beat us. He still scares me, even if he does have a ruptured vagina...

Does ESPN dare send Gameday to State College?

I keep hearing this. Serious question - how many pro-style teams have you guys played? Not sure what offense some of the OOC teams you've played run. I would guess Cal is still pro-style, correct? Just wondering.

I'm pretty sure they are headed to Norman.
