saw on twitter that bwi started a running list of prospects that have said that they will be attending the osu game. is it premature to start this thread?

I guess it's impossible to do things like...edit lists.
I feel like that's the standard comment from kids nowadays - they're visiting for the OSU game - so yeah, I'd say it's worth getting one around. I'd prefer to list kids based off of public comments or comments on this site, rather than just taking BWI's list, tbh.

To preface, Ryan did say the list is not from the kids themselves, for exactly as you mentioned, they either all say they are coming, or all want to come, etc... he only listed the kids that he has confirmed with a parent or coach that they in fact plan to attend, The list is maybe 25 names on it, and he said he's heard from about 50 that they plan to attend, so not every is listed.

If the list is supposed to be based off of public comments, then why did this thread suddenly turn to all VIP comments?

Because I also said "...and comments on this site." Most of the comments from recruits on 247 are VIP info.
