Serious question, what was the theory behind HIT and not doing squats?
Squats are the most functional movement and have been the backbone of just about evry training program I've ever done or read about, except HIT.

I thought the OL coaching was kinda dumb, but that has to top it..
Definitely makes sense why those two units just never performed consistently ....

Believe it, or not its true... I saw numerous comments from the DB's this spring talking about being in meeting with the corners and safeties together now, and how much it has helped them... under the previous regime, I believe Scrap had the corners and Buggs had the safeties, so they must have met individually.
