Do you see him making a jump this year? Obviously Zordich will get the majority of reps.

I sure hope so. I would think he will be the #2 FB as a RS sophomore this year and have two years in the starter role when Zordich graduates.

I would like to see him make a move to the #2 FB behind Zordich, and would really like to see him used in the passing game. Zordich is a good blocking FB, but he doesn't impress me with his receiving at all. I think we'll see an even more diminished role for the FB in the offense moving forward though.

I wonder how much BOB is going to use a FB... TE's are more important in his offense than the FB... I would guess that there will be some "I" sets though... But a lot more single back than we are used to seeing...

I'm hoping ZZ can solidify himself as a solid #2 FB option and possibly come in and perform well when called upon. I know Zordich will get the bulk of all reps but if ZZ can impress this spring and in camp, he could push for a little PT from Zordich.

Zwinak is just one of many kids in that promising 2010 class that havent made much of an impact yet. Hopefully that starts to change this season (Hull, Zwinak, Hailes, D Jones, P Jones, Bolden, Royer and even Fortt hasnt done much yet)

Fullback may be a mystery position. The Pats did not have one on the roster if I remember correctly.

That is what my concern is. Do you think he could make a slide lets say TE? I know it seems that I'm gung ho on him but fullback is a important position.

I agree, we may see the fullback position morph into an H-back type position and see guys who resemble tight-ends instead of true fullbacks.

Looks like he is doing up-downs or hitting the ground similar to how the Nittany Lion hops on the ground for one-arm pushups. Maybe he is training to also be the Nittany Lion.
