Or the ability to go party? Or transfer? Haha. RTG mode was MUCH better back in the day.
Typically what I will do in dynasty is start with a shitty team like Maryland, or Rutgers, and jump when PSU offers me the job. It is tougher to win games and recruit to begin with, and makes the PSU job all the more rewarding once I get it!
If winning was easy even losers would do it.

I was actually hoping they would introduce sanctions of some kind into the games. Maybe have players get into trouble every once in awhile? Or have some kids not academically qualify? Or decommit?
I hope for these things every year though, but I'm always disappointed. I play NCAA A LOT though.

There was a game a few years back ... thinking around 2006, where you recruited players and they had a discipline rating.
Depending on your enforcement of the rules and the amount of times the players got in trouble you would have to deal with a bowl ban and or reduced scholarships.
If winning was easy even losers would do it.

They used to have kids get in trouble/skip class etc. and you had to choose punishment, and if you went over a limit, then you would be sanctioned if I remember correctly. Back in 05 or so I think.
