Because he floods the board with announcements about these stupid rallies that aren't going to change a thing but give the perception to people visiting this board that Penn Staters still don't get it and aren't willing to accept what happened.
He has a right to speak his mind on this. We have a right to tell him he's wasting his time and his actions are not helping the healing process.

You shouldn't really care what outsiders think. 45% of America thinks that Paterno may have abused those kids. The outsiders looking in really don't give a crap about this whole situation. They just like to stir the pot for their own pleasure. I can picture them giggling behind their computer writing this dribble that we keep seeing over and over.

And without legitimate outside pressure the BOT will never move. They have no reason to. These little picnics won't change their mind. Neither will this imaginary escrow account I could go pledge seventy bajillion dollars toward. And especially not while having leaders that are only pro Paterno and/or think PSU has any case with the NCAA.

Sorry, sir, but I do care what outsiders think of my Alma Mater. She had a damn fine reputation before this whole mess when down, and I would like to see it restored some day. Like it or not, Penn State has been tried in the court of public opinion, and she has been found guilty. That's the reality of the situation. We can put our head down, take the punishment and move on, or we can whine and moan about it and waste our time on silly rallies that do nothing but make outsiders think we're a bunch of whining pedophile apologists that don't mind little kids getting raped as long as we keep winning football games. That's the perception that's out there that we all have to deal with. Sorry to break the bad news to you. Maybe you don't care what outsiders think. Some of us do.

I gotcha ..... I just see some still upset over ESPN, or newspapers still talking about the stuff but when things like this planned protest are done, doesn't that keep it in the exact newspapers and ESPN's that they are sick of talking about it??

Haha....Mtayl threatens to "ruin" someone and make them suicidal and you respond by banning that poster? BestoftheBig may be a troublemaker but MTayl needs a temporary ban, not a pat on the back by his buddy buddy moderator. Guy used to be a reasonable poster but has turned into a internet bully recently.
