New Lifting Program

I saw two tweets this morning, one from Belton that said his morning lift was great and that he was ready to ball out next year, and the other one from Bolden who said he loved the new lift they were on already. Sounds like our new strength coach is liked already.

you think the new strength coach is already in state college? that would be great - if true.
I have a feeling it will take awhile to really get on his program as we don't have the equipment he needs such as squat racks, etc.

I think the players will LOVE the new S&C regiment. It will better prepare them for games vs. superior opponents as well as prepare them for the NFL.

Willing to bet that the new regime is already there. The equipment is probably mostly the same, but I'm sure the techniques and philosophy has already changed.

I'm not feeling that passionate talking about weight lifting today....of course because of Joe. Can't think of much else right now. I'll be back sometime.
We lost a GREAT man. But I know I'm preaching to the choir here.

I guarantee you that we have the equipment to have any sort of S&C program you want, possibly all at the same time. This is Penn state, we're known to have some of the best facilities in America.
