Penn State board's handling of NCAA sanctions could be subject of attorney general review

A Baltimore attorney and Penn State grad says he believes, based on conversations with the state Attorney General's Office, that it is investigating in the the Penn State board of trustees handling of the NCAA sanctions.

This is how you make change - through the law. Emotion can drive us, but it's the sober use of facts and procedure that will win the day. They got Al Capone on tax evasion. William Wilberforce (Britain, 1807) succeeded in changing the slave trade law by beginning with a vote that no one suspected was actually anti slave-trade.
Doesn't matter if it's technicalities, if the BOT broke procedure/the law, that's how we get them.
