This makes me think that the NCAA may be willing to put up a fight with regards to the PSU sanctions.

There it is, very first paragraph bringing up the sanctions agreement between the NCAA and Penn State.

Seriously, whoever knew about that agreement needs to resign right now. If Rod signed it alone he needs to go, if some of the board knew they need to go.

Every fight the NCAA has with PA and Penn State is going to start with....well the school did sign this thing....

You're right, but the NCAA isn't necessarily wrong either. It's an interesting case.

I know that your AG had been appointed and the new one is not, however pending statute it may not matter. It has already been legally turned over prior to statute changing.

Yeah this is going to be an interesting interpretation... Get your popcorn ready... But again, this has nothing to do with Corbett's other case really... That case is asking the court to overturn the money exchanging hands in the first place. This next year is going to be very interesting.
