I keep hearing 'we need to get these guys off the BOT' ... How exactly can that be done?
If winning was easy even losers would do it.

Keep asking questions and not "move on" in the hopes that the truth is eventually discovered/dirt is found on the BoT that causes them to be removed. Or keep putting pressure on the BoT by sending emails, asking questions and demanding legitimate open forums until they finally crack under the pressure and remove themselves (which hopefully is what is beginning to happen with Frazier). Ultimately the structure of the BoT needs to be changed to reduce the number of total people and the number of appointees by the governor. This however is probably going to be the most difficult part but I believe it's been a talking point of a few BoT candidates

The attitude he's adopted is that of a leader who acts like the people he's governing have no clue what's best for them, but he does. I don't know if he actually believes that or not, or if he's just pissed that people are finally realizing that he's stupid and does nothing for Penn State.

My guess is that he has been in a position of power at Merck for so long, that in that position what he says goes, no questions asked. In his capacity with the BOT that is not working out in that he is serving the school and alumni, they are not serving him as his employees. He should be smart enough to see the distinction but it seems that is not the case.

I disagree with the statement the BOT serves the alumni. The alumni serves the BOT.
