There's an argument for "butters". He certainly didn't do any harm today. And the punt coverage was awesome. Mike Mauti stepped it up on Punt coverage. But 'butters did a very good job. We're improving as a team and we're improving game-to-game! Next week is a huge challenge for this club, but we're at home. I'm looking forward to taking on Northwestern on Saturday.

The best thing Butters did was give the coverage unit (i.e. Mauti) enough time to get down the field and hit the returner before he gained 5 or 10 yards. The returner would catch it, look up, and immediately have to worry about getting popped.
Also, I know his numbers were similar last week, but my God Zach Zwinak was awesome. He deserves some kind of credit for what he's been doing this season.
