So my wife, two sons and I were walking from the stadium back down to town, and we're walking by towards the Lasch building. As we are walking, up from behind us comes Craig Fitzgerald. I asked "Craig, right?" And he says yes. I shook his hand, told him what an awesome job he was doing. He was really great. I told him both my brothers went to LaSalle High School. He asked where we lived, and talked for a bit with my boys. Really down to earth. Totally lucky encounter. Just happen to be walking by Lasch as he was heading there from the stadium. He cracked up when my younger one said "oh yeah, you're the crazy guy that took his shirt off and jumped on the ground".
You find out life's this game of inches, so is football. Because in either game, life or football-the margin for error is so small. -Pacino

Met Craig Fitzgerald after the game
