The color commentator Ed Cunningham said it before the game started. His quote was something along the lines of "If McGloin continues to improve, I can see him fighting for an NFL roster spot next summer."

Does anyone else find it hilarious when ESPN says Braxton Miller will be in Heisman contention. He has had a couple nice plays against defenses without a pulse and suddenly he is a heisman contender. Not saying McGloin is one, but if people think he is good then I will be interested to see how they feel after he plays a top 100 defense.

The Heisman is a QB highlight reel award now, and Braxton is dynamic.
No, I don't think he's that great, but he is a phenomenal athlete and is an exciting runner. He's similar to Denard, just a better passer and not as great of a runner. Braxton shakes and bakes enough to make SportsCenter top plays, and the analysts say he's a contender so therefore he is a contender.
