I hope that preparing exclusively with the 1st team and not having to look over his shoulder at all is what makes it click and turn around for this kid. The potential implications of the near future for the program could be enormous depending on his play.
I'll keep my fingers crossed and obviously hope that the kid performs up to his ability level on Monday, but I don't expect to see the real RB until a certain opinion piece writing political hopeful has nothing to do with the development of our QBs. Hopefully he doesn't bolt before we all get that chance.
