I have felt from day one that Fitz was BOB's most significant hire. Two prime examples, no way Robinson and Amos look like they do now under old staff.

I was just about to post this. This is a special team! Fitz is amazing....this whole program is on the cusp of something really incredible.

Very cool video. It's awesome to see the team get so pumped, especially about something that can get so repetitive as lifting. Fitz is awesome.

How much was it? Saw 4 plates each side, plus bar weight. Is say 385 or more depending on bar weight.
