A really tough loss today after such a dominant second quarter. Next week is very important before the UMass game. Team needs Forster and Sturgis to have more of an impact next week. Game just got added to ESPN3 for those interested in watching next weekend.

Following this program is absolutely exasperating. I was so pumped up for this season, but now I am just so pissed off for getting my hopes up. Things have changed under Tambroni, but we still have a ways to go.

Back to back weeks, great crowds show up to support the team, and we get totally letdown at the end. They don't rely on season ticket holders, so they need to get results if they want the fans to keep showing up. The ND result hurt, but at least it was good lacrosse.

Today was just terrible in the second half. A 3rd straight game where our faceoff performance trailed off after halftime. Sloppy passing and unnecessary passing at times - blame the cold maybe. They just wasted possessions. 1 goal in the last 35 minutes? Embarrassing under these new rules.

On a bright note, freshman TJ Sanders continues to put up numbers. The first few games, I thought his goals were just the result of playing with Forster and Sturgis and collecting easy goals around the cage. Well, after 4 games, it is clear he just has a feel of where to find space like good scorers in hockey and basketball.

Forget me traveling all the way to State College the rest of the season. Maybe if they make the CAA finals, I will see the team then. They have a lot to prove to me after today. Time to drink.
