I dont understand some of the posters continued disgust towards Corbett and his political agenda. Who cares about his agenda. Whether he is trying to garner a higher public approval or not, he is taking on the NCAA. That cannot be a bad thing even if we lose. I applaud him. What Mark Emmert did was bullshit and its about time we fought back.

This guy said Roger Clemens would be found guilty also. Plus, the article reads like he didnt read the court filing. His claim is pretty dumb. The Commonwealth doesn't have standing? Isn't PSU a state university partially funded by tax payer dollars? Pretty sure that gives them standing, no?

I agree with that...
I could care less about politics... Rarely watch a debate and pay no attention to what they do...
But this is something that i actually care about and he is taking the time to at least file a suit....
This may just be a political grandstand....but the election is almost two years away, not like two months

Agree also. I'm sure none of those on the BOT did what they did for political reasons. At least TC is doing something.
