We had 7-8 so good players transfer from USC during the release of our sanctions in 2010
This included:
Malik Jackson (2nd Team SEC 2011 @ Tenn)
Jarvis Jones (1st Team SEC, All American @ UGA)
DJ Shoemate, RB UConn
Blake Ayles, TE, Miami
Jordan Campbell, OLB, New Mexico/Louisville
Glen Stanley, FSU
Travon Patterson, Colorado
Seantrel Henderson, OT, Miami * (he decommitted and sent his LOI to Miami after the sanctions were handed out, he originally committed to USC on NSD. Now he's on the verge of being kicked off of Miami....)We know what it's like to lose good players, but at the same time, you come to appreciate the players who REALLY LOVE your school.
...and if you're not down with that, then I got 2 words for ya.."suck it!!"

I just wanted to address something... a large percentage of the FightOn board came here the moment the sanctions were announced to give our condolences. The fact of the matter is that ONLY Alabama and USC fans know what Penn St is going through (and perhaps SMU fans if they exist any more).
Penn St fans have seen some ugly years and you still support your team - so you will survive through the sanctions and Penn St football will never die because your fanbase is truly loyal. I'll be cheering for Penn St as my favorite B1G team from now on.
Fight on.

We are talking about a guy who would run over his mother to get a recruit. He has not shown he can coach. But he can recruit, whether the recruiting is within NCAAA rules, is another story.
He is a whiner, sore loser, blames others, runs up the score, he cheats, he tells you what you want to hear just to get the sale. He is the used car salesman, snake oil salesman. Tell me an opposing coach who likes him or has respect for him. He is the epitome of every thing Joe Paterno wasnt. If you came to PSU because you liked Paterno, you should be revolted by Kiffin.
What rule did he break: He was the OC at USC when Reggie Bush was riding out to his family's paid-for Malibu home in his paid for expensive car. That got the school sanctions. Just as Sandusky surely did not only do damage to these few kids, it is "reasonable to conclude" that Reggie Bush was not the only player at USC who got illegal benefits. But USC didnt pay $6.5 million for a public report that drove a stake thru their program. They were smart enough to make the NCAA pay for their investigation. And despite the pay-for-play findings, and clear athletic advantage from those violations, they got less sanctions than PSU.
He lasts one year in the NFL. He cant snake oil sell veteran NFL players. So his bullshit didnt play too well in the pros. Gets into a fight with Al Davis. Another enemy of Kiffin. Someone please tell me one good thing about Kiffin.
He leaves Oakland, and commits long term to the U of Tennessee. After one year there he leaves. Another lie. if i was hie wife i would wonder about his commitment issues. In the one year he was at Tennessee, he broke recruiting rules & took players with him to USC after telling everyone he was not going to take anyone from Tennesee. He made enemies of almost every coach, and had a verbal war with some (Meyer). It seems Tennessee has never been the same, and that is very well the gift of Kiffin that keeps on giving. Everywhere he goes, he makes enemies. I wonder what the former PSU judicial affairs officer (whatever her name was) would have thought of Kiffin. Do you think the football culture at USC is appropriate? Does acedmics come first? PSU kids go to school & graduate at the highest level of any NCAA school. USC cant say that but Im sure Kiffin saus something close to it, just to get the sale.

This post is so full of crap...I don't even know where to begin....
I'm done trying to support this fanbase...I can see how delusional they are and how the atrocities that happend on their campus happened! They aren't living in the real world, they are delusional...unfortunately "Happy Valley" wasn't so happy for the children there...I'm done showing any type of respect or class to these posters....Joseph Paterno (he doesn't deserve the affectionate name of Jo Pa any more) turned his back on those poor children to save the reputation of himself and the Penn State football....and everyone covered it up! How ironic it is that you villify Kiffin for doing what the NCAA sanctioned any coach to do (many are doing it)...when you had a coach raping young boys for years!
May you wallow in your sanctions....

Bitter much? At least we get to see the real "you" before you leave. Although, I'll never get why people get so incensed at what a bunch of anonymous posters say. It's a friggin' message board; nothing more than a bunch of 1's and 0's in the great ethereal.

I have read thousands of reports, or millions of pages of documents from credible networks and news organizations like ESPN and NY Times. Why would these outlets provide false information about such a loving and caring guy, a stand up guy?
Im not saying that everything I said is true, in fact i would admit that almost all of it is hearsay and wouldnt stand up in court as evdience. moreover, i am telling you that you shouldnt use my report as evidece (but some will) but "based on the information i have at this time," Ialthough i should wait to hear the good of this man, and wait until all the facts are in regarding the situations...
