You couldn't challenge the Freeh Report in front of a judge but Spanier and the rest can all challenge this stuff or have it dug into even further.

If Kane is elected she faces a delimna.
Does she persue 3 unwinnable cases with flimsy eveidence andd look like a fool ?
Or does she drop the charges for lack of evidence and risk being painted as soft or weak in the face pedophilia ?
Either way her opponents in the Corbett admin. will state that they would have brought the "enablers" to justice just as they did with Jerry Sandusky. -
