I dont know how many times I have defended this kid to the Sneaky's and even trying to defend why he deserved a scholarship offer in the first place.
I was surprised when I read about how "Joe would have loved to see his current success" that it choked me up a little. Paul Jones is the kind of kid that Joe would turn into a man.
Regardless on what he ends up accomplishing on the field (Which I have been raving about forever), I just hope this kid ends up being yet another of Joe's successes that piss all over the negative theories that kids like Jones cant cut it.
Also, always loved the amount of respect he showed Joe and how he personally handled all of his criticism, and you can tell that he was brought up that way by speaking quickly with his father and watching Paul and his father interact together a bit.

Nice article. He definitely has the build to be a big tme quarterback. I'm glad he is now getting focused, especially with an extensive offensive playbook.
I remember not doing too well my first year at PSU and almost flunking out. I came home that summer and my Dad said "I hope the party was good... The first year was on me, if you want to go back, you better get some loans!". I got the loans and finshed strong. Everyone matures at different stages. It sounds like he has matured tremendously.
