She wanted to prosecute students without letting them have counsel. Jay said that was a change from the past, and Joe was against the policy for all students, not just the football players

Cowherde interupts as soon as Jay states something that doesn't back up Cowherd's agenda.
Cowherd talked a good game that he was going to be tough on Jay but has thus far asked the same questions everyone else has.

Here is why I could not do what Jay is doing right now because I am pretty sure I would slapped the sh!t out of Cowherd by now. There is no way I could be in the same room listening to his sh!t for that long with out doing it.

*Joe knew about 1998 (we don't know for sure, but Joe probably didn't)
*Joe was all knowing
*Joe gave preferential treatment to players

Hopefully I can listen to it later. I would imagine Jay knowing the facts as Cowherd just hearing things around the water cooler is getting abused. If he had only done his homework.

Cowherd is claiming the credibility of Freeh which Jay countered with the credibility of the previous AG of the United States. Colin said but the family knows him. So. Credible is credible. That last part was mine.
Van Natta on Maddog radio. Bottom line opinion by him to get sanctions lifted by discrediting freeh report.
