Is anyone else missing the mystery?

Of who's playing, who's not, who's in the dog-house, etc? I was just thinking that we pretty much know more about what's going on this year than any spring game I can ever remember. I LOVE how open BOB has been, and its been great to get the practice reports. But part of me misses the conversations about the whacked out spring depth charts and cryptic practice reports from "sources", and the anticipation of seeing how it might unfold in B/W game. Sure we have the QB issue and we'll get to see some of the new schemes, but I'm kind of nostalgic about the "wondering". Maybe I just miss Joe ...

WE all miss Joe, but no I don't miss the mystery. I would rather discuss whats really going on then have to guess. That way we can real discussions about player development and what could happen versus conversations with out information and full of assumptions.

Miss having the opportunity to have a retired Coach Paterno in the booth talking about BOB as a good young Coach who is going to do great things the right way.

Well said. Joe deserved the emeritus Dean Smith treatment but chose another way. Wish he could see what BOB is doing.
From a program perspective, the fresh start all around, including transparency, is a much needed and welcomed change.

I don't miss any of it except Joe's personna. The rest of it was running on fumes.

The more I hear about all the changes the news staff is making the more I wonder WTF was the old staff doing. In regards to strength training, coaching OL not together, Jay Paterno, recruiting
