Good morning, everyone. Both teams have taken the field for warmups and it is a cool, cloudy, breezy day here in Beaver Stadium. Slow-arriving crowd. Don't know if that student section is gonna be filled by 11:45 ... or 12:30.
Lots of folks here in the press box picking a high-scoring game (for whatever that's worth). Wonder if the elements will play a role in that.
Pete Massaro is in uniform and looks springy. Donovan Smith has a Courtney Brown war club on his right hand but it looks like he'll get the start. Otherwise, this team is (knock, knock) as healthy as it's been all season.

Seems like the stadium looks real empty, especially the student section. Maybe 50% full.

I like how all the seniors get a chance at captain, but I think this was one of the years where captains were real easy. Zordich and Mauti. I hope those two are the 'permanent' captains at the end of the year.

Belton doesnt look that good. Plenty of space and cant break tackles or make guys miss.

Stalled first drive...not good there. Knew we'd struggle a bit more to run the ball. Would like to see what Zwinak could do.
