Agreed. He hit the nail on the head besides the BCS part, 9-10 wins would do the trick IMO. People that are freaking out need to read this article, O'Brien has taken care of business thus far. I think following his sizzling start on the recruiting trail people formed lofty expectations. People need to keep things in perspective.

I think it was a well written and favorable article; however, I do agree that a BCS game is not necessary this year...how many coaches make a BCS bowl their first year?

Bill O'Brien deserves a tremendous amount of credit for keeping Penn State steered in the right direction without even coaching a single game. He has kept true to the PSU Brand & all of its traditions and gained commitments from multiple prospects that are tops in their class. A top ten recruiting class? I'll certainly take it, and especially after what happened this past November.

...And all while living out of a hotel room. Bravo, Coach, the future of PSU football looks bright!

I agree. I think success on the field in year one will go a long way in determining the future of PSU football for a very long time.
