I'll bet you that, if DOB is QB'ing Wisky when we play them, we will win, AND DOB will have less than 200yds passing (remember he'll be going against all our rookie DBs).
You name how much or what.
I was trying to be politically correct before, but now that he's officially decided I'll say it -- This kid simply is not that good. I have no doubt in my mind that as soon as he saw MM, RB, and PJ throwing the ball on Monday, his decision was made on the spot.
And don't tell me how stupid I am or how little I know about football... Just take my bet.

If DOB was scared away by the competition, what does this say about this kid's confidence level. Confidence is key for a QB. The most successful QBs of all time thrived on competition because they exuded confidence...Montana, Bradshaw, Brady, Marino. Remember Bolden's freshman year and how his lack of confidence destroyed the offense.
It's interesting how things get flushed out through the recruiting process. If this kid has a confidence problem, then good riddance. Let him be BB's problem. So I somewhat agree with you. He will probably have a rocky start to the season, and could possibly crash and burn. If not, he may be successful by the end of the season.

we lost DOB because he saw first hand the lack of playmakers we have on the outside. To quote BOB, Christ, it's a damn 16 yard comeback. It's one of the most basic routes, and kids couldn't get it right.
We have zero, in terms of playmakers outside. Now does that mean someone won't step up? No, that's not to say that. From what DOB saw, it's pretty bad.

That's an interesting angle that I hadn't considered. Its a bit of an exaggeration to say we have "zero" playmakers outside but I can completely understand if DOB was concerned about a lack of playmakers and thought he'd have more weapons to work with at Wisconsin.

LOL BOB said that to Kuntz- who will never see the field lol He is the one that couldn't get a 16 yd comeback right. Justin Brown did, and constantly heard "good job Brownie"... And Kenney had a great day... Robinson had a nice catch on the sideline... We will beat Wiscy. Mark down my words. BOB is the real deal, and we haven't seen coaching like this since the late 80s, early 90s. I am very excited.

It's not like Wisconsin has Calvin Johnson and Justin Blackmon running around out there.
The overall package of returning talent at Wiscy is better. Simply put. Better OL, better stable of RB's, better group of TE's, and some decent receivers. I think our WR's compare pretty evenly to Wiscy's. The same can't be said for any other offensive unit.
