I'm onboard as well. I always thought the Big Ten was good for PSU - but after everything that has happened and continually getting shanked in the back its time to move on.

When will erickson make his statement appologizing for giving the officials a difficult call to make?

Well you surely don't want to go to the ACC....I live in NC and you talk about refs not liking anything that comes from the north.....They'll call offensive holding on you every play down here....

Besides, PSU has too much history to go to the ACC that has absolutely NO football legacy....the only "history" the ACC has is FSU's in the 80's and 90's and alot of that came before they were aeven in the ACC...

Look at the dominate teams that joined the ACC, they've all gone to crap....ACC doesn't give a hoot about football, they are basketball first, always have been always will be....they will actually treat you worse if you come in and start beating their beloved Carolina teams, (Wake, Duke, UNC and NC St.)...

Better than getting historically screwed.

Our natural rivals are in the ACC - Syracuse, Pitt after this year and Maryland.

We have too much history? The dickhead in Indianapolis took our history away from us. So much for that.

Until we start to threaten their precious Miami and Florida State on the field, then we'd get the VT treatment from them.

I'd definitely go Independent before I joined the ACC....

Hell, maybe then Notre Dame would play you guys....They've dodged scheduling you and tOSU for the last 60 years...

As far as Pitt in the ACC, that actually may make more sense because they've become more of a basketball school than football anyway....

What makes anyone think the ACC refs would be any better? Just wondering.

I'm not sure where we should go, but I agree with the basic feeling of this thread. I hate this conference. We were never welcomed from day one. Our contributions--academic, athletic and economic--are ignored. We go through the wringer over the Sandusky scandal and the Big 10 simply piles on. And now the conference's refs are consistently biased against us. With friends like these, who needs enemies? Let's get outta here!
