So whatever happened to Ray Gricar? Hmmm...I wonder....

He most likely commited suicide like his brother. The family had a history of mental illness. Although his girlfriend thinks he's still alive. But like I said, I believe the FBI investigated this and found no connection. Unless the fbi is in on it too.

Try to fathom the hypocrisy of a Government that requires every citizen to prove they are insured .but not prove they're a citizen

She is going to Sneaky. She said herself that she would keep digging and that investigations take time. This is real. The guy who he is talking about is a know pedophile with connections to everything. This isn't over. The question is do they have to guts to go after these rich, connected people... I pray they do. Not for PSU's sake, but for the sake of truth and what this is really all about- PREVENTING THIS FROM HAPPENING TO OTHERS.

    I highly doubt it's real.

Although I agree with sneaky's point about Gricar.

Before he disappeared, he sent a "big" (for central pa) drug trafficker way to prison. A lot of people in Cambria country connected to drugs believe that if he was killed...it was probably retribution for that crime. If you look around that time and the following years, there were some pretty bad drug related violent crime in central PA...including two individuals burnt to death during a drug deal gone wrong.

Why would he or someone do searched for "How to fry a hard drive" a couple weeks before his disappearance. Also, why wouldnt he leave any note and how do you explain a suicide and his body never being found?

The computers found and the hard drive is found there in the river. The body is never found. Looks to me like it was staged."[23]"

I dont see how if it was just JoePa and the other 3 guys involved in this mess, how this could be strictly related to them. This would most likely go deeper and higher above Penn State like the Greg guy is saying.

  • I think it's real. Too many parallels between the Franklin case and this one:

    - Prosecuters/law people disappear or die under suspicious circumstances (Gricar, and the NE guy who dies in the plane crash).
    - Both sent fall guys up the river (Franklin actually imprisoned one of the accusers for years, This one Sandusky and possibly Schultz & Curley.)
    - Both state gov'ts (PA & NE), abandoned the prosecution despite tyipcally more than enough evidence to push further.
    - Both former President of Nebraska (Roskens) and Spanier were quietly removed from their positions and assigned to gov't positions. Roskens became head of USAID and Spanier is in Homeland Security. BTW Spanier was at Univ. Nebraska at that time, and PennState after. Lack of Transparency law, and presence of Second Mile was a perfect environment to replicate the model they had in Omaha - starting with Boys Town.
    - Roskens and Spanier were reportedly friends.
    - Freeh was given his first big job in gov't by GWB.

    - Both have victims' accounts describing travelling around the country and being pimped to high power politicians, media, and business people..

Yes, many parallels to a case that was a fraud and couldn't get past two different grand juries. I highly doubt it's real.

It wasn't. The BOT knew things and should be held responsible too. But this has nothing to do with Gricar and I highly doubt this entire story.

Worth investigating though, don't you think?

Why did the State call off it's investigation in 1998?

Why isn't The Second Mile under investigation? Why aren't Second Mile people being prosecuted for not acting?

By the way, the 'Fraud' that is mentioned was a 16 year old girl who was sentenced to 15 years in prison for purjury.

She alleged she was a victim, and one of the children who was pimped. She never changed her story while in prison.

How does a minor, accusing others of abuse get put in prison for over a decade for reporting that she's abused?

They found her to have lied and commited perjury. There is a reason 2 separate grand juries failed to indict. It's also telling the original complaint came from a former employee who felt he was wronged. The whole thing was a fraud.

  • A child sex ring being covered up by tons and tons of people is not possible to believe. A small ring tied to a charity maybe but the scope that ur suggesting is impossible.

Read the book chapter I linked above.

Given the number of stories of sex rings (Franklin, Phila, Boys Town), and parallels it's certainly a possibility.

Whatever the conclusion, The Second Mile and it's people must be investigated (same with PA prosecuters in 1998).

I've read a lot about the Franklin scandal. It seems clear it was BS.

I agree, investigate the second mile and everyone else.

Doubtful for various reasons (SOL, possible big names being implicated, the closure of the 2nd Mile, the size of the ring relative to the size of the witness pool (one person), Sandusky already serving a life sentence, budgetary concerns...).

We should hire Loius Freeh to investigate. He's based far reaching conclusions on far less evidence than what's outlined above. He's perfect for this!
