Sean, is there any way to see the stats for the game? I see gopsusports has an article that contains some stats but not their normal link to game stats.

Paul Jones looked great. Missed on a couple throws that he needs to complete, but it is clear that he has the most talent. I was especially impressed with his pocket presence and escapability

From my standpoint, Coach OB was true to his word, he was not showing anything to anyone that might be in the stands with other than fan interest....Offensive line didnt overwhelm anyone in particular, IMO, the most comfortable looking QBs were McGregor and Paul Jones. Bolden still looks like he hasnt gotten the headlights out of his eyes. Christian Kunz played well, showed alot of effort. Roof's DBs didnt look to overmatched playing one on one.

Dont think anyone with "other interests" needs to be in the stands. They could just turn on the Big Ten network right now.
I think the way our QBs used the pocket and "climbed the ladder" was so vastly improved from years past, that it will only help us and should be a significant jump up for our QBs this season.

I don't disagree, just relaying his comments from the earlier event. FTR, there were an estimated 1400 at the morning brunch. OBrien, repeatedly expressed praise for PS community and senior class of team. Coach Roof and Jordan Hill also spoke....Jordan Hill got huge ovation when he commented on the character of his fellow seniors, and explaining that there isnt another class of seniors that have gone through what this group has and persevered with such class. I cant agree more....

Watching the replay, looks sloppy so far. Seen some throws (one from Jones) that made me wonder who the heck he was throwing to. Fine with me if they get it out of their system now. I'd like to see a much improved completion % this year from the QB's.

Any chance that if he is relegated to 3rd team, Bolden stays till he finishes his degree so he can transfer right away? Not sure how close he is to graduating but that might be a route he chooses to go.

I'm shocked. Never asked anyone to agree with me. And it's interesting to me how people think that money solves everything. A lot of football fans I talk to seem unable to feel sorry for athletes who are on scholarship or are earning tons of money playing sports, as if paychecks solve everything.
I don't really care if you agree with me, I was just expressing my opinion about watching a kid's professional aspirations slide very quickly down the toilet.

Zwinak impressed me a lot. We are fine at RB. Our first team O-line was solid. At the autograph session being close to the players they look bigger and more cut. I made the comment to Drake that he looks bigger and he said "we are going to kick butt this year."
...and if you're not down with that, then I got 2 words for ya.."suck it!!"

JoePa taught us to be the best we can be and to make a positive impact. I don't think LOL'ing at kids giving everying they have lives up to Joe's ideals.

I was pleasantly surprised with the Offensive Line overall. they created some running room against some pretty good defensive players. The pass protection needs some work however.
