He would take a total weakness and turn it into an above-average position for PSU. The return on DOBs commitment would be worth 2 wins, imo.

Bolden should think really hard about redshirting if DOB comes here. Transferring would seem to be the most obvious choice, but as others have said, tutelage from OB might be worth waiting a couple years.

I am personally hoping Jones makes grades and is the guy. I am not too thrilled with Obrien. He was a disaster last year.......he can blame it on the system all he wants, a good QB makes plays when and where he needs to.
With that said, he is an upgrade for McGloin, and especially Bolden

Only problem is that Jones is very likely worse than both McGloin & Bolden.

The kid hasn't visited PSU ... he is from Georgia ... I will be stunned if he transfers to anywhere else.
