Don’t count on it. USC fans had the same hope.

They got a new president, new AD and new coaching staff. They made big compliance changes. Ironically, USC hired the Freeh group to review its compliance staffing, procedures, protocols, etc. and make recommendations. The Freeh group must be better at compliance review and recommendation than they are at investigations because USC supposedly now has state-of-the-art compliance, while Freeh completely botched the job at PSU (and the NCAA took it and ran without bothering to give it a reasonable evaluation).

At any rate, some USC fans thought that since there was no institutional involvement or knowledge of the violations at USC (just, in the NCAA’s eyes, “should have known”) all of those changes might merit some review of the sanctions.

It ain’t gonna happen.

And while I can’t say it absolutely won’t happen at PSU, I wouldn’t hold my breath – even though the Freeh report didn’t even allege a single NCAA violation. That’s just how Emmert and the NCAA roll.

Well, if Emmert finds out that Hack is still willing to come here, I wouldn't put it past the richard to ask for speciall powers again to up the sanctions. I wouldn't put it past him to even call Hack and say what's it gonna take for you to NOT go to PSU and then implement that.

After seeing Hack play twice now and looking at his stats I'm not as convinced that he's a cant miss prospect and if BoB can have mcgloin playIng at a high level I think he can do the same with any decent prospect. If Hack goes he goes I'm not concerned but it's nice for recruiting momentum cuz he is a big name.

I have two questions and I just want no more than two words as far as an answer.

1. Do you ever think about what you seriously post before hitting the button?

2. You say you aren't concerned if If Hack goes. Exactly who are the QBs on the roster for the 2013 season if he does?
