Will Gilmore going #10 overall help PSU DB recruiting? Since Butler is now with the Lions.

iirc Butler was the Special Teams coach at USCe not the DB coach..

He coached the Spur position, a safety/linebacker hybrid. I don't understand why everyone is so high on Gilmore. He got burnt many times throughout his career for a lot of touchdowns.

Do you mean that because we have Butler he will find players like him for us or that we can use Gilmore's draft position as leverage on other recruits?

Personally, I like Gilmore a lot in a zone heavy scheme. He is physical and very quick. However, your right, he isn't going to live on a island a lot.
