I agree. I think Wisky has a really good shot here. If he goes to Mad-town, he is more or less guaranteed a starting spot. At PSU he still has to earn it over three other guys - two of whom have played significant time as D-1 QB's. I know, I know - most on this board think MM and RB are terrible - but we haven't seen them in BOB's system.

I think DOB to PSU is far from a done deal.

Agree, at Wisconsin he's basically gonna be handed the job, I don't know that we can say the same thing about PSU. He would probably be the favorite but he would atleast have more competition. Plus Madison is a really fun college town so Wisconsin's got that going for it.

Wisconsin fans have an OSU like arrogance after the past 2 seasons during the lowest of lows in the Big Ten.

Agree. I am sure OB gave him a nice wink wink about bringing his (DOB) intelligence that is needed to run OB's offense and about being the starter. I think OB hinted at that when he said a starter might not be named until the night before the Ohio game.

I don't see that arrogance continuing this year. How a fan base that had three losses last year, including losing to a shitty Ohio State team and have a tradition that is ranked no better than 45 on the win list be so arrogant is beyond me.

This thread title really confused me being right next to the Greg Webb thread.

Anyway...fine by me. Maybe Wisconsin could learn to recruit and develop a QB instead of borrowing them.

Danny O'Brien isn't going anywhere but PSU.
