I get that some kids look really special and might be considered the best of the best but to actually sit down and list hundreds of players and rank them out that far seems ludicrous to me. With the right trainers and coaches, he has the physical ability and the skill to have an impact on an upper echelon BCS team. That's all that really matters to me

I think it has something to do with his size during the evaluation process. He was 155 lbs and pretzel thin.

He's a great kid and I couldn't be more happier for him. He went from having no offers in January to having several including getting and accepting the Penn State offer.

PSU is getting an under the radar prospect here, IMO. I think he will do big things in Happy Valley.

Solid get for PSU. I like this kid alot. It was only the matter of time before he verballed. JMO, we are done with receiver for some reason.

One of the few things that can make PSU getting a solid commitment better...is pulling him out of the clutches of a school with unfounded arrogance like Rutgers. (re: Football program)

We aren't getting Foster; Boyd wants to play offense, but PSU wants him on defense - he is enamored with WVU and Harris - I don't sense he is as interested as people think. He likes glitz. He isn't a fit IMO.

Good God, my heart skipped a beat when I saw this thread title. I thought Kendall Fuller had just shocked everyone. Good pickup though, give Hackenburg more weapons to work with.
