I am predicting a two TE, two wide out set. McGloin under center, play action fake to Belton, ARob on the skinny-post and drag-route completion to Kyle Carter.

In keeping with PSU1st QTR strategy, 1st PSU drive should score (75% so far this year). Our 1st possession also eats up half the Qtr clock. So I expect a 7-min drive. Mixed sets and a balanced run/pass play calling. If we do get 2nd & short, look for MM to go long ball. Otherwise lots of RB plays, short TE passes.
First play, I expect trips right with 3 TEs, 1 WR, empty set backfield.
