"* Navy at Penn State, 3:30 p.m. (ABC) -- Penn State leads the all-time series with Navy 18-17-2, although they have not met since 1974 at State College (Navy 7-6 win … that sounds like a real humdinger)."
Is it possible to ban a writer for 247sports?

another lack-luster ooc schedule for the big ten, which i assume, reflects the ooc schedule for other conferences too. just disappointing, when i grew up watching college football in the 90s, the month of september seemed a lot more exciting. they should make it a requirement to schedule 2 BCS conference teams in your OOC schedule in order to be eligible for a BCS bowl..

I don't see what's wrong about that comment.
In regards to the rest of the thread, I don't agree that the OOC schedule is lackluster. There are some solid OOC matchups, including some intriguing games:
Boise State @ Michigan State Michigan @ Alabama (in Dallas) Penn State @ Virginia California @ Ohio State ...and then the usual Notre Dame matchups, which have been very compelling in recent years.
Lastly, I don't get why this thread has so many downvotes. Maybe a collective midol would help?
