I dunno . . . . . . Lots of people on here all wrapped up in the "monkeys-on-crack" recruiting schtick.
I enjoy following recruiting - but:
This kid has every offer he wants.
His family has plenty of money.
He's obviously talented & intelligent.
He verballed to OSU based on some candyass MBA/Honors promise ay tO$U, then back-peddled 2 weeks later.
He was mistakenly caught up in some recruit luring/posturing by some unwelcomed sexual deviant booster.
His de-committment was dragged through the newspapers & message boards, all the way to the front page of ESPN.
A fanbase already verballed attacked his father & his family relentlessly.
All of this, and he hasn't even played a snap his senior year.
You think common sense would eventually drift over someone in the family & they'd make the executive decision to step back from all of this for a couple of months, stop answering their phones & end the interviews for awhile.
This is a 17-yr old kid ... right?
Funny thing is ... after all the dogs & ponies that gets paraded through the recruiting circus, many of these kids never live up to their hype anyway.
