The NCAA sanctions come as one new recruit from our Wilkes-Barre is expecting to take the field for Penn State in his freshman year. Eugene Lewis, a Meyers High School graduate was one of the most sought after football players in the state, as well as a member of the WNEP TV Dream Team.

This is great news. Lewis was one of the top kids in the 2012 class. Glad to hear this. I'm a tad bit worried right now about Wartman. I have a feeling Rutgers may get his services(hope I'm wrong).

I will second that! The way he handled himself with my children at the Lift for Life was short of amazing. For a young man 18 years of age he put a smile on my sons face that will last a looong time.
And that goes for all of the young men we met. They belong at PSU for the men they are and will become, not just football.

I feel the more kids who continue to speak out and remain loyal will have an effect on others and could even catch the eyes of future recruits.. I mean sticking with this thing after essentially being knocked out shows incredible reserve by such young men..

I think that's a cool idea, give them a group name. As people hear through twitter, facebook, newspapers whatever...add them to the list. Separate list for recuits?
Would prob. stop a lot of confusion.

I have to say, every time I see a thread with just a player's name, I get a sinking feeling. But, I am LOVING THIS update!!!! This kid is a player and an overall quality PSU representative and student!
