Oh hot rod.........
Another glaring problem that I see come up more and more is that our BoT is mostly comprised of CEO's and high level business management folks. That's all fine and good, I suppose, if they had a pulse on actually taking care of matters actually pertinent to the University and what the University is for....eduction. I don't see many, if any at all, of the folks on the board with a background in education that comprehend the bigger picture of what they should be nominated on the BoT to do pertaining to the quality of education at PSU, the price of school, etc.

Best part for me was the following exchange that I was kind of dissapointed didn't lead to a follow up. I am not exact on this but it was something like this:
Q: Can you tell me if it is common place for the NCAA to use an internal investigation as the basis to hand down penalties.
Rodney Roo-Roo: It is very common for a University to have an internal investigation.
Disapointed that there was no follow up asking him to actually answer the question.
Second was this:
Q: Basically asking what the Presidents thought about not being voting members of the BOT. Rodney boy answers with a resounding, no I wouldn't have a problem with it. Well no shit rod you are gone in a year. The question was to ask you what you thought about presidents not serving not if you weren't a voting member.
My gosh, the more I hear Rodney talk the more I don't blame Emmert for going at this Doofus, it was a lay-up and Emmert knew he was going to sign anything.

LOL, but in all fairness what does anybody expect from this sap?. He is a well paid puppet of the BOT, compensated nicely to take the public slings and arrows that deserve to be aimed at the cowards hiding in the shadows. Rodney is hopeless and in well over his head, but what does he care? He retires in a year and will ride off into the suset collecting his ridiculous pension.
