Something is really fishy here...smells very bad

This guy has hard on for Spanier. Spanier made him look pretty bad.

Emmert wasn't the only one. Don't overlook this quote:

"...a core group of NCAA school presidents had agreed early last week that an appropriate punishment was no Penn State football for four years."

Who does Emmert work for? He wasn't alone on that stage Monday. Apparently he had 22 university presidents and chancellors...his board...behind this action.

Penn State seems to have some serious governance issues when you have board members being kept in the dark by other board members on such monumental decisions. You know, Auburn's accreditation was put on probation by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools a few years ago (the Jetgate fiasco, among other things) largely because of the actions of one rogue board member who was too powerful. It was actually the Auburn faculty who complained to SACS which resulted in their probation for a year, until Auburn demonstrated they had made the needed changes. Why don't you guys complain to the Middle States Commission on Higher Education, the agency that accredits Penn State? If they put Penn State's accreditation on probation, they could then force Penn State to make the necessary changes in governance to win back public confidence.
