In all likelihood, they'll hire a good lawyer with the proper expertise. But truthfully, any lawyer with half a brain could handle this at least to the Third Circuit.

Is PSU as a University bringing in the big guns? I thought I read where that wasn't happening. Is the BOT bringing in the big guns? With all the recent stuff being brought up with them, would this be a wise idea? Is the alumni association and the lettermans club bringing in the big guns? Really, in the grand scheme of everything, would this even matter? Are the Paterno's bringing in the big guns? Could be interesting, but it's not going to help out with the sanctions anytime soon.

Didn't Erickson waive our right to appeal anyways? Is the BOT filing suite because they were not in agreeance with Ericksonnon this? If so, wouldn't they first have to file a motion of no confidence against Erickson, then have that drag out through the legal process before anything could actually be done?

Didn't the NCAA already say that this can't and will not be challenged by the University?

I'm just confused as to what "bringing in the big guns" means, and how it can help us over the next 4 years.
